Russia launches 'record' 75 drones on Ukraine

IndiaTimes Saturday, 25 November 2023
Ukraine claims to have downed 74 out of 75 Russian attack drones in the largest drone attack since the invasion began. The majority of the drones were Iranian-made Shahed drones, causing power cuts in Kyiv. The attack occurred on Holodomor Remembrance Day, commemorating the 1930s starvation in Ukraine. The city of Kyiv was the main target, resulting in injuries and damage to buildings. The conflict continues to intensify in Avdiivka, and President Zelensky expressed his gratitude to countries recognizing Holodomor as a deliberate crime.
