Ethiopia's Oromiya region accuses Oromo Liberation Army (Ola) of killing civilians after failed peace talks in Tanzania. Unidentified attackers killed at least 36 people in three villages in Oromiya's Shirka district. Ola, an outlawed splinter group of an opposition party, is blamed for the attacks. Properties were also destroyed. Federal government and Oromiya region mobilize security teams against rebels. The recent attacks targeted Orthodox Christians.
