US: Man arrested for allegedly slashing woman's throat

A San Antonio man allegedly slashed a woman’s throat and left her for dead rolled up in "plastic” in a Texas field all while she was still wearing an ankle monitor Friday, a sheriff’s office said. The police arrested that man after a day of the incident. The police found the victim alive and took her to hospital. The police found the ankle monitor which she was wearing while enduring the physical abuse.
