Los Angeles rampage: Man charged with 3 murders of homeless men
Tuesday, 5 December 2023 Prosecutors charged Jerrid Joseph Powell, 33, for the fatal shootings of three homeless men in Los Angeles and a suburban resident. The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office announced four counts of murder, along with robbery and firearm charges.
