The US State Department has approved the emergency sale of tank ammunition to Israel. On Wednesday, Republican senators blocked a White House request for emergency aid primarily for Ukraine and Israel as conservatives demanded immigration reforms. The package would include aid for Ukraine in its war with Russia and aid for Israel in its conflict with Hamas.
