Neil Drossman, a renowned copywriter, passed away at the age of 83. He was known for his work on advertisements for Meow Mix cat food, Teacher’s Scotch whisky, and 1-800-Flowers. Drossman worked for several agencies throughout his career, including those led by Jerry Della Femina. He wrote memorable lines for Stick Ups by Air Wick, Chemical Bank, and Meow Mix commercials featuring singing cats. He won numerous awards, including a Clio Award and recognition from the One Club for Creativity.
