At least 7 dead after landslide buries house in Philippines: Official

Landslide triggered by days of torrential rain destroyed a house where Christians were praying in the southern Philippines, killing at least seven, including children, and badly wounding two others, according to an official. Rescuers halted their search for further victims in middle of afternoon on Thursday owing to severe rains, which could produce more landslides. Search and rescue operations continued Friday.
