Pakistan's top poll body to challenge high court's remarks on poll symbol case seeking removal

Pakistan's Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) plans to file an application in the Lahore High Court to expunge the court's remarks in the election symbol case. The ECP's decision comes after the court criticized the commission and a returning officer for violating the law. The ECP aims to have these remarks removed, and if rejected, will approach a higher forum.
