Monday, 19 February 2024 The health ministry in Hamas-run Gaza on Sunday said that more than 29,092 Palestinians have lost their lives and 69,028 people have been injured since the Israel-Hamas war erupted on October 7. The conflict in Gaza began on October 7 when Hamas gunmen breached border defenses to attack Israeli towns, killing some 1,200 people and dragging 250 hostages back to Gaza, according to Israeli reports.
The health ministry in the Hamas-run Gaza Strip warned this week of medicine shortage, saying 350,000 people in Gaza who have chronic diseases do not have medication amid the ongoing Israel-Hamas conflict.
