Three Vietnam government critics arrested: rights group

Three prominent critics of Vietnam's government, Nguyen Chi Tuyen, Nguyen Vu Binh, and Hoang Viet Khanh, have been arrested for conducting propaganda against the state, a rights group said on Wednesday. Vietnam is seeking re-election as a member of the United Nations Human Rights Council to protest China's territorial claims in the South China Sea.
