Peru arrests an Iranian man accused of planning an attack on an Israeli citizen

Peruvian police arrest Iranian citizen Majid Azizi, a member of Iran's Quds Force, in Lima for planning to kill an Israeli citizen. Two Peruvian citizens were also arrested. Iranian authorities have not commented. Iran has run intelligence operations in South America through the Revolutionary Guard's Quds Force.
