According to the RIA official news agency, Russian President Vladimir Putin stated on Wednesday that the presence of US forces in Ukraine would be viewed by Russia as interventionist. Putin stressed Russia's preparation for a nuclear confrontation from a "military-technical" standpoint, but added that "not everything is rushing to it."
