A British Palestinian doctor was denied entry to France for a Senate meeting about the war in Gaza

British Palestinian surgeon Dr. Ghassan Abu Sitta, who volunteered in Gaza hospitals, was barred from entering France on Saturday to address a French Senate meeting on the Israel-Hamas conflict. Authorities did not provide a reason for the denial. Dr. Abu Sitta was held at Charles de Gaulle airport and is expected to be deported.
