N Korea's Kim 'sincere' in Trump talks: Seoul's ex-president Moon

Former South Korean president Moon Jae-in mentioned in a recently released memoir that North Korean leader Kim Jong Un expressed willingness to relinquish his nuclear weapons in exchange for a guarantee of his regime's survival by America. Moon led South Korea for five years starting in 2017. He played a key role in arranging two important summit meetings between Kim and ex-US president Donald Trump.
