Fears of second landslide see thousands evacuated in Papua New Guinea
Tuesday, 28 May 2024 Thousands in Papua New Guinea have been ordered to evacuate from the path of a landslide that killed at least 670 people, as fears grow of a second major rockfall.
A Papua New Guinea government official told the United Nations over 2,000 people were believed to have been buried alive by Friday's landslide and has asked for international help.
