US Air Force pilot injured after $135 million F-35B jet crashes in New Mexico

A US Air Force pilot ejected from an F-35B jet that crashed in Albuquerque, New Mexico after refueling at Kirtland Air Force Base. The pilot is in stable condition, and the jet was on its way from Fort Worth to Edwards Air Force Base in California. Kirtland Air Force Base hosts the 377th Air Base Wing.
