North Korean leader Kim Jong Un oversaw firing drills involving nuclear-capable 'super-large' multiple rocket launchers aimed at demonstrating preemptive attack capabilities on South Korea with ballistic missiles. The Korean Central News Agency reported these drills as blurring the lines between artillery systems and short-range ballistic missiles.
