Biden says Israel has offered to Hamas a three-step road map to an enduring ceasefire

He urged Hamas to accept the offer, calling it the most effective way to end the conflict. "It's time for this war to end and for the day after to begin," said Biden, emphasizing the need to conclude the eight-month-long Gaza conflict.
