Dozens killed as Israel hits UN school shelter in Gaza

On Thursday, Israel launched an air strike targeting a school in Gaza. The strike was aimed at up to 30 Hamas fighters reportedly inside the building. A Hamas official stated that 40 individuals, including women and children, were killed while seeking shelter at the UN site. Video footage showed Palestinians moving bodies from the site of the attack.
