Chinese fighter jets approached Dutch ship 'unsafely', Netherlands says

Chinese air force jets circled a Dutch frigate and approached a Dutch helicopter in the East China Sea, causing a potentially unsafe situation during a patrol in support of UN sanctions against North Korea.
