New Zealand to deploy more soldiers to UN mission in South Korea

New Zealand announced on Tuesday that it would dispatch an additional 41 military personnel to the United Nations mission stationed at the heavily fortified Demilitarised Zone between North and South Korea. This move signifies New Zealand's effort to enhance its participation in international missions. Defence minister Judith Collins stated that increasing military presence underscores country's commitment to fostering peace and stability on the Korean Peninsula.
