Putin: Trump ‘sincerely’ wants to end War in Ukraine

President Vladimir Putin expressed that Russia takes Donald Trump's statements about having proposals to end the war in Ukraine quickly seriously. Putin admitted he is not familiar with the specifics of Trump's proposals but believes Trump's intentions are sincere and that Russia would support them. Putin made these remarks during a news conference in Astana, Kazakhstan, after attending a summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
