Canada police charge Syrian returnee with terrorism offenses

Kimberly Polman, 51, charged by Canadian police with terrorism for allegedly joining ISIS in Syria in 2015. Facing two counts under Section 83 of the Criminal Code, she was repatriated in 2022 but not charged until now. The police statement released this information, and her lawyer commented at the time of her repatriation.
