Indian Techie Siddhant Vitthal Patil who drowned in US had texted mother hours before tragedy, says relative
Friday, 12 July 2024 () Indian techie Siddhant Vitthal Patil, 26, is presumed drowned in Glacier National Park. He texted his mother before the incident. Siddhant's parents, Priti and Vitthal, who retired from Maharashtra's irrigation department in May, are in shock and unable to speak. Leaders from Maharashtra, including Sharad Pawar and Devendra Fadnavis, have requested the government's help. Union minister Murlidhar Mohol, from Pune, is in touch with external affairs minister S Jaishankar for updates on the search operation.
