UK police arrest man over discovery of human remains on bridge

British police arrested a 24-year-old man in Bristol following the discovery of human remains in two suitcases on the Clifton Suspension Bridge. The suspect, who traveled from London, will be questioned there. The remains were identified as two adult males. A second suitcase was found nearby. Police do not seek additional suspects.
