Former US president Donald Trump reacted to Secret Service director Kimberly Cheatle finally resigning taking the responsibility for the security breach at Trump's rally and said he was forced to take a bullet for democracy. "The Biden/Harris Administration did not properly protect me, and I was forced to take a bullet for Democracy. IT WAS MY GREAT HONOR TO DO SO!" Trump posted on Truth Social after Kimberly gave in to the bipartisan call for resignation.
