Kamala Harris to skip Netanyahu's address to Congress; 'disappointing', say Israeli officials

Vice President Kamala Harris chooses not to preside over Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu's Congress address but plans to meet with him separately. Harris will reaffirm US support for Israel's security and discuss ceasefire strategies. Session to be presided over by Senator Ben Cardin in Harris' absence.
