Kamala Harris' stepdaughter Ella Emhoff went to a restaurant for lunch when there was an altercation outside involving her Secret Service detail leading to an arrest. New York Post reported that when Ella was having lunch inside a New Yorker confronted her security personnel outside without realizing that he was a part of the Secret Service.
