Kamala Harris ahead by 5 points, Donald Trump trails in key swing states, new poll shows

IndiaTimes Friday, 9 August 2024 ()
Democrat Kamala Harris led Republican Donald Trump 42% to 37% in the latest Ipsos poll for the November 5 US presidential election. This marked an increase from a previous survey in July. An independent candidate, Robert Kennedy Jr, saw his support drop from 10% to 4%. Harris also led Trump in seven key states, and voters associated “patriot” more with Trump but “weird” more with Trump too.
