How billions in dollar, euro notes are entering Russia despite strict global sanctions: Report

Data revealed cash shipments primarily from the UAE and Turkey. Despite Moscow's attempts to reduce reliance on hard currencies, foreign cash remains crucial for trade, travel, and savings for many Russians.
