This US Judge was off bench for making sleepy teen wear jail clothes and handcuffs

Detroit Judge Kenneth King was temporarily removed from the bench after ordering a teenager to wear jail clothes and handcuffs during a court field trip, due to her attitude. Chief Judge William McConico announced King's necessary training. The incident drew criticism from the teenager’s mother and The Greening of Detroit organization.
