Palestinian prisoner, who was used as human shield by Israeli military, dies

Zaher Raddad, a 19-year-old Palestinian prisoner, died at an Israeli hospital. He was previously used as a human shield by the Israeli military during a military operation. Arrested on July 23, Raddad hailed from Saida in Tulkarm. Since the October 7 Hamas attack, 23 prisoners have died in Israeli custody. Truce talks are ongoing in Doha.
