Shanshan nears Tokyo: Tropical storm forces thousands to evacuate, six dead in Japan

People wade through floodwaters and debris after Tropical Storm Yagi dumped heavy rain on the Philippines for a second day. Eleven people have been killed in the floods and landslides caused by the storm.
