RFK Jr sues North Carolina elections board to get his name off state ballot

Robert F Kennedy has taken legal action against the North Carolina State Board of Elections to have his name removed from the ballot after halting his third-party presidential campaign and endorsing President Trump. The Board declined his request, referencing the significant cost and complexity due to nearly 2 million ballots already printed.
