Ship scheduled for world cruise in May has been stranded in Belfast for past three months

About 200 passengers are stranded in Belfast, awaiting the departure of the Villa Vie Residences' Odyssey for a three-year world cruise. The ship, built in 1993 and offline since 2020, needs repairs to its rudder shafts, steelwork, and engine. Passengers can spend their days on board but must leave each evening.
