Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has resigned ahead of a major government reshuffle following Russian strikes in Lviv. President Zelenskyy aims to strengthen the government before his visit to the United States. Several other ministers have also stepped down, signaling significant changes in Ukraine's political landscape. ​Kuleba, however, has not given any reason why he chose to step down from his role as foreign minister.
