American woman succumbs to gunshot wounds in West Bank

A 26-year-old American woman was fatally shot in the head while attending a pro-Palestinian demonstration against settlement expansion in Beita, West Bank. Witnesses and Palestinian media allege that Israeli troops fired the shot. The Israeli military has not yet commented on the incident, which follows another recent shooting of an American citizen at a similar protest.
