Trump assassination bid: Secret Service defends 'textbook' response

Acting Director Ronald Rowe Jr praised the agency’s protective measures but acknowledged the strain on agents after an earlier attempt on Trump in July, which led to public criticism and the resignation of former Director Kimberly Cheatle.
