Swiss police have arrested multiple individuals following the first use of the 'Sarco' suicide capsule in Schaffhausen. Created by Philip Nitschke, the device induces death via nitrogen gas. Authorities are investigating charges of inducing and aiding suicide. The deceased was a 64-year-old American woman suffering from severe health problems.
