Donald Trump has appointed Karoline Leavitt, his 2024 campaign spokesperson, as White House press secretary for his second term. The 27-year-old previously served as assistant press secretary in Trump's first administration. Leavitt also worked as communications director for Rep. Elise Stefanik and ran for a House seat in 2022.
