Sean "Diddy" Combs' lawyers invoked Donald Trump's free speech rights in their bail arguments, claiming Diddy's social media posts weren't obstruction of justice. Like Donald Trump posted on social media against election interference charges (dropped on Monday), Diddy too has free speech rights. Prosecutors dismissed the analogy as baseless and told Diddy that he was not Donald Trump.
