Biden govt mulls over $680 million arms sale to Israel: Report

The Biden administration is moving forward with a $680 million arms sale to Israel, encompassing JDAM kits and small-diameter bombs. This follows a US-brokered ceasefire between Israel and Hezbollah in Lebanon, and as the US pushes for a Gaza ceasefire and hostage release. A larger $20 billion arms package for Israel, including F-15 fighter jets, was approved in August.
