Thailand protests Myanmar's navy firing at Thai fishing boats

Thailand protests after Myanmar's navy fired on Thai fishing vessels near Ranong, resulting in one fatality and 31 fishermen detained. Thai Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra questions if the boats encroached on Myanmar's waters, and demands quick release of detained nationals. Myanmar has not responded to Thailand's requests for clarification.
