Texas attorney burns son's body after fatally shooting him

A 68-year-old Houston attorney, Michael C. Howard, is facing murder charges after fatally shooting his 20-year-old son, Mark, who had Down syndrome. Howard claimed he mistook his son for an intruder at his East Texas property. He then burned the body on a woodpile and waited 17 hours to report the incident. Howard's bond is set at $20 million.
