NYC subway horror victim had mobility issues, stood still in fire

Law enforcement said the woman appeared to be homeless contrary to the claims of some 'Amelia Carter' going viral. Homeless people often take refuge in subway trains to save themselves from the cold weather. the temperature dipped to 16 degrees Saturday night. A walker found at the scene confirms that the woman had some mobility issues and hence she could not react to the fire and got burned.
