‘Heard crashing noises, then gunshots’: Eyewitnesses recount New Orleans attack horror

A deadly attack occurred in New Orleans’ French Quarter on New Year's Day when a pickup truck intentionally plowed through a crowd, killing at least 10 and injuring over 30. The driver then opened fire on police officers. Authorities are investigating the motive behind the act.
