From planning to kill family to having dreams about Isis: New Orleans attack suspect's videos expose dark plans

Shamsud-Din Jabbar, a 42-year-old American and former army veteran, carried out a deadly truck attack in New Orleans on New Year's Eve, killing 15 people. He made videos detailing his plans and inspiration from dreams to join ISIS. He died after police confrontation on January 1. Authorities found explosive devices and an ISIS flag in his vehicle.
