Blackhawk helicopter was flying too high but it had complex flying conditions: New revelations

The investigation into the fatal DC plane crash has not yet blamed the Army Blackhawk helicopter but confirmed that it was flying higher than what was permitted. According to experts, 200 feet was too low for the helicopter as the airspace around Ronald Reagan National Airport is busy. The lighting conditions around the Potomac River are tough and there's not many place in the world where all these conditions are present all at once, experts said.
