Ranjani Srinivasan did not reveal court summonses during visa renewal last year: Trump administration

Last year, Srinivasan was arrested at the entrance to Columbia's campus the same day that pro-Palestinian protesters occupied the university's Hamilton Hall, the New York Times reported. Srinivasan said she was not part of the protest and was only caught amid the crowd as she was returning to her apartment after a picnic with her friends.
