UK in talks with Brazil over 'potential sale' of two Royal Navy warships
Thursday, 3 April 2025 The UK is in talks with Brazil over the "potential sale" of the Royal Navy's two amphibious assault ships that are being ditched to cut costs, the Ministry of Defence has confirmed.
Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer tells broadcasters onboard the Royal Navy's flagship aircraft carrier, HMS Prince of Wales, the world was in a "new era" of global insecurity and uncertainty.
